Yes. Your records are encrypted and protected under India's data protection law (the DPDPA, 2023). Only the specialist reviewing your case can see your records, and only for as long as needed to write your opinion. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.
You can write back to us. Clarification questions about the written opinion are answered at no extra cost - usually within two working days. We also call you three months later to check on you and help you think through the next step.
